Located in the heart of the Historic Anacostia business district The Hive is a creative and shared workspace for freelancers, satellite offices, and small businesses. It is your place to do your business on your terms. We offer private, shared, and virtual memberships! The Hive will be open for business October 2010!
The facility is located in Anacostia on two floors at 2027 MLK. The space is located in a federally and District of Columbia government enterprise community and a federal Small Business Administration- HUB Zone. These designations allow a company to receive preferential consideration when applying for federal or District of Columbia contracts.
Space IS limited. We are taking membership applications now. Lease terms vary depending on membership type and range from 3 months (virtual) to 1 year (private office).
